The best source for Firmware is tru the CamHi or CamHiPro mobile App. In the Configuration System or Device informations section .( There should be a button ) Check for Firmware button if not .
Ask the vendor where you bought the Camera ( EBay or AliExpress or store ) they should point you to the right direction to get the Firmware. If not you can try to email me ( the Version ) of your needed version and give you advice some other place to get it. Martial1at HotmailpointCom.

Note the Firmware Update of the CamHi and CamHiPro Type is very safe if the Firmware has the right version . Meaning if the 3 first parameter has to match yours. Ex. If your Firmware is V10.1.4.5.1 and you find one that is V10.1.4.11.36 that is dated more recent that the original it should work.( V10.1.4 ) but in some case some vendor /company tweak the Firmware ( that is the difference in the character ( 11.36 )instead (5.1 )as an example so the camera will work but in some case it might create an issue that pressing to control the Pan to turn Right might turn Left instead. So now they introduced an ( Check for Firmware Upgraded ) in the mobile App. CamHi or CamHiPro in the Configuration System or Camera info section of the App..
By pressing the button it will check if an Upgrade is available and if there is one , it will be 100% secure unless you have a power failure during the upgrade process. You just have to press the Upgrade button and the camera will re-appear( all by itself nothing to do than wait about 3 minutes ) once the upgraded does complete .
If there is no button in the Configuration section of the App. CamHi, System or CamHiPro Device information section it is because the present original Firmware of the camera is too old has the system started in 2021.
In some case if you update the Firmware from the web interface in the System section it most likely revert your camera to Factory value and you probably have to re-configure your camera for your network/wifi environment.

For a case of image Blurry most likely it is a physical issue ( defective lens focus assembly or dis-adjusted because of loose screw in the mechanic and there was a displacement mis-adjusted ) but a wrong Firmware upgrade can possibly create the problem as the camera might not be configured properly after the wrong Firmware Update. That is why Firmware Upgrade is so tricky ( they say do not Upgrade the Firmware unless you are 200% sure or needed, even if it’s the proper Firmware some brand of Cameras need to be physically accessed to configured or mechanic adjustments for the new configuration. We had a camera with some issue and it was the right Firmware for the cameras and the issue was fix with the Upgraded Firmware but since than the no ( Pan Tilt or zoom ) of the camera. The camera does it’s calibration test itself on power-up but there is no control anymore, so the image is great but we cannot control the other feature of the camera.

I have a few cmhi device type C9F0SeZ3N0P6L0 and webware V1.0.1
s/w version V13.1.11.6.3-20181128 is one a few, but another one I like better is V13.1.11.6.3-20190304
Is the latter or even a later version available?
