There are many ways to reset the lost password, you need to try all of them until you’re able to log into your EZStation software (the software used by UNV CCTV systems). Attempt default login

Basically, try to log in to the default admin account using the following details:
Username: admin
Password: 123456
For older versions of EZStation, or if the above does not work, attempt to log in with these details:
Username: admin
Password: 12345

If the user account that has a lost password is not the default “admin” account, then any account with the permission to modify users can adjust the password (this includes the default “admin” account). Log in to the default admin account (or an account with correct permissions).
Click the “menu” button in the upper-left corner, then click “Control Panel”.
Click “User Management” in the Control Panel.
Select the user you would like to modify the password on, then click the “Edit” button.
Enter a new password for the user into both boxes, then click the “OK” button.
The user will now be able to log in with the new password.

Reinstall EZStation

Here’s another trick: if EZStation is uninstalled and all configuration files are removed, the default account (admin/123456) will be usable again. Reinstalling EZStation in this manner will remove ALL added devices, users and . Only perform this reinstall if there is absolutely no way to recover the password.

Note the path to this directory, or leave the window with it open.
Navigate to the “Uninstall” or “Change Programs” section of the Control Panel.
Find the EZStation in the list, double-click it and proceed with the uninstall process.
Once EZStation has been uninstalled, return back to the install directory you noted down, or re-open the window. Delete all files in this directory.
Once the files have been deleted, re-install EZStation. Use the following details to log in; username: admin and password: 123456.
