Dear Mr. Aslan,

First, thank you for maintaining this wonderful archive of software that can help security hardware stay in operation.

While I have more modern SDVRs, there is one I hope to donate, but I have to make it fully operational first.

The SDVR is a STORESAFE PRO II, SDVR-4-80. I was able to upgrade to a larger harddrive and swapped out the old CD-R for a DVD-RW, and with firmware ver. 5.6 (operating on memory, as its been awhile), was able to functions test the machine, at least to the point where all four cameras, or a single camera can be displayed on screen.

My next tasks will be to follow the manual and program the proper time and date stamps, and, after that, install the WaveReader software on a computer and link it by ethernet connection.

I further understand that there is yet a third software package to be installed on the computer, used to better control and operate the SDVR.

Due to this SDVR's age, the manual calls for a computer running Windows XP. As I have lots of old hardware, donating a stand-alone computer with XP is not a problem.

My question to you is whether there are more recent SDVR software packages, so that the SDVR and linked PC, can
run at least Windows 7?
