Hello, I have purchased a 16 channel Defeway dvr model : D1216N from ebay. I’m having problem when connecting the dvr to the built-in P2P Cloud services ( http://www.yunyis.com). The system is working fine but could not do remote view. The system version is DVR-G016N-EC 2.0.0330.1, release date : 30-03-2016.. Can you please help me why the dvr could not connect to the cloud server despite all network settings have been configured.

In reply to joshula griffin. Hello, there is a problem with the hdd or power adapter of the device, so it does not display or stays on.

i purchased this defeway security recorder from amazon, but now i’m having problems with it rebooting i have color bars on my monitor and then it says no signal can you assist me with this problem

I have a D3108X Defeway Camera system and I love it, the only problem I have is when someone comes into my yard there is a big blue message that pops up with several different applications and it shows that I have someone in my yard, that does not go away until I go over and delete it from the screen. I have visitors all the time, I have a large family and I am old so they check up on me. Is there any way I can take that off so it doesn’t show up on my screen? I will need to purchase another camera if I can’t get it off. thanks for your help.
